Our History

Centro ASSIST is part of the Holocentric family, a leading software company with over two decades of experience in delivering world-class business management systems across a wide range of industries.

Recognising the challenges faced by care providers in navigating heavily regulated environments, we felt the need for a dedicated solution designed for the sector.
In 2018, Centro ASSIST was born allowing providers to meet Standards, automate their quality, improve their document management, and streamline their business processes.

We know how to have a good time too! We’ve built a tightly-knit team for productivity, morale, and overall success. Some practices that foster these team bonds include:

  • Daily Stand-Ups - gathering virtually to connect, share updates, and support one another. Synching up ensures alignment and prevents silos in our Centro team.

  • Wednesday Team Walks - we step away from screens and take a team walk. We focus on mental health, fitness, and bond over ‘treasure hunt’ photos as evidence!

  • Learning and Development Sessions - we appreciate the time to learn together and invest in our growth with dedicated focus on skill-building, industry trends or personal development.

  • Friday Games - we play virtual games such as trivia, Pictionary and Scattergories. Laughter helps bond us; victories/epic fails become shared memories too.

  • Friday Reflections - as the week winds down, we reflect and share insights. This fosters empathy and helps us improve collectively as a team.

  • Dress-Up Themes - a fun break from routine and a chance to express our personalities.
